Failing...

I am not too happy with myself on my new goal sheet.
I have already missed a couple things I was supposed to do once a month.

How come at the end of the month you wonder, what did I do all month? But during the month you wonder when you have time to sleep??? I think this is my issue. Or at least I am going to use that as an excuse.

In other news, there have been unexpected blessings this month already! Emmerson had her yearly cardiology appointment on Monday and it went great. The doctor said she only needs to go every two years now! She is growing up too fast.
When I look back at old pictures I just am amazed at how much she has grown. Really how much they have both grown!

Emmerson and I have a new goal. To somehow convince her super sweet grandparents to get another horse...Well I guess this requires some explaining. She got a new book with all kinds of different horse breeds in it and now we are into going through and picking out our favorites. I think if we can agree on one breed, we can totally convince them it's a good idea. I mean that's how it works, right?

Wyatt has been busy with soccer. I love watching him run around and get all competitive. He is very serious. I feel like with every game. I am getting better at better with this videoing situation. Even with my little helper (Emmerson) at games. Her only fault is that she prefers to video her shoes...

That's my update for today...I am trying to do better. The lack of time just keeps getting in the way!!!

Emmerson still fits in her horse pjs from GT and Pa. You have no idea how happy this made me!

Seriously...that's a dog in the back of that car. I had to take a picture to show Emmerson!

Emmerson also has been loving helping me take pictures at Wyatt's soccer games. I mostly get pictures of her shoes but he it's cute!!

Lately Emmerson has been our little helper in the kitchen. It's really cute and sweet. She also loves helping me fold laundry. I need to work with her on how to fold because she kinda just balls things up and sets it down. Priceless

We managed to survive the fair. The kids love it so we go and I try to talk them into rides they won't go on. One day they will say yes!

Monday...Really?

First of all HAPPY BIRTHDAY, to the best mother-in-law a girl could ask for!!! I am very grateful for your always present love. And of course so grateful for you continually responding to my crazy random emails!!! (Yes, I am THAT daughter-in-law).

Having it be GT's birthday made Monday better than the standard Monday, but still...Monday-Did you really need to come? I was having such a fun weekend with the kids!!!
Real life hits me yet again and back to work!!!

I feel like I am basically owning my 101 in 1,001!
I have already read one book and about 25% through my classic novel. (BLAH). Classic Novels aren't my favorite, but I feel like super smart well read people read them so I should join in and learn to love them too. I just am not sure I am capable of doing this. I am thinking this once a month deal is not going to be fun with that.
I have been in search of an online book club. I have found a couple I might join, but haven't found one I am overly happy with. Does anyone do this??? I need HELP!

I have decided at least once a month there will be a post about the silly weird parenting stories that occur at our house. Trust me they happen all the time, but I am going to try to save for one giant hysterical post a month. These kids are priceless and I am constantly smiling.
